Please sign up here for appointments to meet with Pamela LePage in the Mild to Moderate Special Education Program at SFSU. Her office is in Burk Hall Rm. 202 and she advises students with last names starting with H-L. Her office hours are from 10:00am - 12:00pm on Wednesday morning and 4:15pm-6:15pm on Wednesday evenings. Also, I can be available from 5-6 on Tuesday by special appointment.

If you want to talk about your schedule or your program, please bring your CAP I, CAP II, or GAP form (or all three) to your meeting. Try to fill these out before coming in to meet with Pam. All forms can be found on the SPED Web site. If you cannot find a form on-line, please ask in the SPED office in Burk Hall Rm. 158. If you have questions about registration, financial aid, adding classes, or other problems with SFSU bureaucracy, you should go to the SPED office 1-(415)-338-1161, they will be better able to answer your questions than most faculty.
